Napo is potentially the most democratic trade union in Britain. Its supreme policy-making body is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which takes place at Napo’s autumn conference. The AGM is open to all members to attend, address and vote at on an equal basis, with the logical exception of pay and conditions of service issues, which can only be voted on by full members.

Napo's AGM is open to all Napo members. If you would like to attend Napo's AGM, but are not yet a member, there's still time to join.

The fee to register for AGM is £40 for Full, Associate, Professional Associate members and £20 for all classes of retired members. Some branches will pay registration fees and/or accommodation. Contact your branch for more information.

Napo's AGM is a hybrid event meaning you can attend in person, online or both. All you have to do is let us know if you will be attending in person or online only via the registration form.
